The 600-acre site has a 114-acre Keystone Opportunity Zone with the balance of the property available for Local Economic Revitalization, Tax Assistance.

The DL Railroad which will serve the park presently provides "friendly customized service" to over 25 customers in the Scranton Pocono region, and interchanges with two Class I carriers: Norfolk Southern and Canadian Pacific Railway.
